You may be nervous about what I say above about being unique, so let me comment on that. Everyone has a unique voice, a unique fingerprint, and if you play golf, a unique golf swing. Consider the golf swing. A good golfer has fundamentals true of almost all good golfers. Nothing is unique about the fundamentals. However, the fundamentals by themselves are not the end point, they are the starting point to a great swing. A small unique change to a golfer’s swing can create a big change in a golfers success and thus their income. The same is true for you and your people and your company.
